		<description>Well...without going into detail, I had some issues at age 45 and had one of these gems early. All was well. Phew. However, I opted for no sedation. Might sound nuts, but I wanted to see for myself if there were any problems (and not forget what I saw later due to the anesthetic). It was actually interesting and enlightening seeing the inside of my body in this way. I even got frustrated when the nurse briefly stood in front of the video monitor and I couldn&#039;t see what was going on. I know most people don&#039;t go this route, but if you can endure the discomfort of eliminating every drop of what might be in your innards as prep for the procedure, its doable. Can&#039;t say it wasn&#039;t briefly uncomfortable a couple of times, but I felt it was a reasonable thing to witness (without the side effect of not remembering a lick of it after the sedation wore off).</description>
