- Who We're Becoming
- Who We're Becoming
I am convinced that the only way we get through this stage of our life is with the help of our friends. (our husbands certainly don''t 'get it'!) Be it accountability with food, or exercise or attitudes and 'break-downs', it is nice to have those around us who have been there, done that, or are in tandem with us.
If you don't have someone or many someones seek others out. Most women your age are experiencing pieces of what you are, they just need someone to 'bring it out of them'
Boy you are so right, losing weight, even maintaining weight is harder then ever when you hit the Big M. Just keep trying ladies , until you find that one thing that works. Good and Good health!!!!
Hi! I finally found and starting reading this blog- love it. Am I allowed to be a regular reader even though I'm not a menopause goddess yet?
You are absolutely alllowed to read it! You're a goddess in training – and maybe it won't shock you like it did us!
