    Thank you, Pam. I really like your tips on perimenopause. I thought it was interesting that one of the tinctures you mention is cohosh. It’s in a supplement that I started taking when I first notice the onset of M. The product name is Femivital. It used to be available only in Europe and now it’s in the US (created by European doctors). The main ingredients are black cohosh extract, red clover extract and hops extract–they say they contain “plant estrogens” or substances that mimic estrogen in the body to help balance your hormones naturally. Have you tried any supplements like Femivital or others?

    thank you for a great post. I just always wonder when women talk about perimenopausal symptoms and such, they seldon mention hair on the boobs and chin….am I the only one shaving my boobs?

    Are you kidding me? One of our goddesses had neglected to pluck her chin and her 16 year old son passed by her and said “Nice beard, Mom!” Now that’s demoralizing! Yep, we grow hair where we don’t want it and lose it where we need it, like on our heads.
