Our stellar webmaster, Bill, has migrated our contact to a new home (new WordPress theme) as the old one was getting tired and no longer supported. (We know how it feels…) The site should work well now- we’ll be updating some contact over the next little while but it shouldn’t affect any of the functioning. We are thrilled to be updated – and amazed that we had no downtime during the process. So here’s a shoutout to our webmaster/designer: Thanks, Bill! You are the best!

Do you have any on-site info on menopause for a women (me) who had a double mastectomy and total hysterectomy? I am taking tamoxifen(estrogen suppressant). Very fatigued. My sleep is interrupted every 2 hours. I could start some nights sleeping for 4 hours then up every2 hr. This has been going on 2 months after hysterectomy. Has anyone else experienced this?
Dear Kathy, There is a wealth of information and forums on a site called hystersisters.com – there may be answers more specific to you there. I am just starting to try a product: vaginal suppositories with CBD and THC – a day version and a night version that is meant to promote sleep. Stay tuned for my review here on the blog. Certain herbs such as Valerian can promote sleep – and plain old fashioned Benadryl before bedtime. (Put insomnia and sleep in the Search Box on our blog to pull up more info.) I really feel for you – it’s horrible to be unable to fall or stay asleep. Keep us posted. Lynette
