How to Use

Make this blog your own. It can be a place to learn, communicate, teach others, or just a low calorie treat with a cup of tea or a glass of wine. At the end of each posting, you can opt to leave a comment or send a particular blog entry to a friend. Just click on the words “email to a friend” or “Add/View Comments” and fill in the blanks. For more concrete how-to info, see sections below.

TO ADD A COMMENT
1. Click on “Add/View Comments” at the end of any blog posting. Do not click on “Contact” at the top of the Home page, unless you want to contact us for another reason or want to add your two cents without going through the posting process.

2. After you click on “Add/View Comments”, you’ll go to a page that has a brief excerpt from the blog and any comments particular to that blog entry. Scroll down until you come to a fill-in-the-blank form. The only blank that is required is the email address (and of course your comment.) You can leave your name or make one up if you like, and city is optional as well. The reason that email is not optional is to weed out spammers.*

3. After filling in the blanks, click on “Click here to post your comment.” And you’re done. There will be a time lag, as we state above the fill-in-the-blank area, as we pre-screen postings for advertisers, spammers, and the like.

TO CONTACT US
If you wish to contact us for any reason, just click on “Contact” at the top right of the Home page. We’ll get back to you just as soon as we can. Let us know what topics you think need to be addressed, what you want to see more or less of, any old reason to touch base is a good one, as far as we are concerned.

TO VIEW COMMENTS
At the end of any blog entry, just click on “View/Add Comments” and read any comments. No need or obligation to fill in the form if you don’t wish to.

TO VIEW PAST BLOG ENTRIES
Archived blog entries can be found by passing your cursor over the calendar at right on the Home page. Dates that correspond to postings will hilite and show that little web hand. Click on it to get that date’s entry. Soon, we will be listing blog entries by subject or topic.

*When posting Comments:

Comments will be screened by the blog goddess before being posted in order to filter out spam, ads, and pranks. Therefore, there may be a slight delay before you see your comment posted.
